Favorite little touches: that eerie violet-blue glow, the hint of the floor, that couch, that gun, the smoke, the way Rosana's eyes shine subtly out of the shadows, Rosana in general. But then again there are other things I really like! Like the way Rosana's hands interact against the lighter with such personality. Sneaky hands.
The brushstrokes on her skirt, so eye-candy love the way they form the folds on her skirt!
You're an inspiration as always Julio! Keep up the good work
My god, this is amazing. I just love the threatening and cold-blooded atmosphere you've managed to capture in this one not even mention that shade of purple is now one my favorite colors
I love the subtle light you've created around the cigarette and how it reflects on her eyes and smoke. You've managed to make the smoke look so beautiful, too! D: I love how it fades to black. The lace decoration on the armpits and her stockings, too, and even that glass are madly detailed.. I just can't.
It's always exciting to see more of your work, they all are such candy to my eyes!
Rosana can be a creepy too when she wants it, you know. Sitting in the dark counting bullets while drinking and smoking confidently, waiting to kill somebody... just the normal stuff.
It was interesting working on this illustration, from studying the physics of smoke to working with the tiny details of the cut crystal glass, yet the armchair was SOOOO DIFFICULT TO MAKE (I have a lot of problems with symmetry, furniture is quite a challenge for me).
